Wait! I figured out how to do it!
I just save a palette to my computer,and add the image to as3 as another frame and do the dropper tool!

Ok a new doll.I tried to shade the hair (looks good but there was nothing I could do for the shirt and pants.

I can't really see the shading on it, neither the hair nor the clothes. You should try using palettes with bigger contrast. Also, the hair is way too bright yellow. Not even dyed blonde looks like that, much less natural. Nice doll otherwise, I like the shoes

And I've dolled on that base before. Actually, when I was new to dolling, I prefered small bases; you just needed some ocntrast and one or two inbetween colors to soften, and that was it. XD
