That's kinda the problem with a really bright colour. XD
I wasn't sure either but it's literally the same colour. I asked my parents what they thought and they thought it was turquoise. Meh

O.O *faints - you are amazing at shading!!! i wish i had that much talent (but of course i have nvr really been that much of an artist
 )it looks turquoise to me (darn that word and it's hardness to spell!!)

It has very good shading and I do like the hair, but I do not like the palette for the clothing. That is all. XD

Wah!! No comments.
 New doll for pattern contest.  Base I included... Big hat Glasses Clothes (scarf) flowing in the wind. The circles on the hat were meant to look very random.
