Well, though I was kind of nervous about starting to doll again after being on a short hiatus (due to sickness and work, so I hadn't had any time), I did finally make a new doll.


Base by *DEAC loves you.

First off, I posted two 'cuz I wasn't sure which I liked better since both the cream and the navy-blue palettes turned out so well. ^^

This is kind of a mishmash of ideas, so I will explain each bit.

*The character is Sky, from Sword of the Lost Gods RP.
*I was originally going to doll myself, in the colours of the Hamilton Tigercats football team, with one of their logos on my dress.
*The sweater-dress happens to be my favourite outfit in the Sims 2, and I wanted to doll a more "teeny" version of it, making it baggier and warmer looking.
*The scarf is there because after I decided not to make it me in my TiCat outfit, I wanted to make Hermione from Harry Potter with a Gryffindor scarf.
*In the RP, there are these "shadows" which are kinda like the "dark version" of a certain person (see Spirit's Loki one, I'm sure she explains it better).
*I got the idea of her shadow somehow surviving and trying to tempt her into letting it control her by making her dreams come true for Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones - which I have beaten many MANY times and was just playing it minutes before starting to doll.

What do you think? I loved how it turned out. The scarf was annoying, giving it the plaid texture and all, but my favourite part has to be the little speech bubble thing with the exclamation mark in it. xD

I like the cream better. ^^ It flatters Sky's hair color better, in my opinion.

In the contest thread, did you explain about Sky?
