Hehe I've already seen the first one. They're cute, I like them. I especially like the first one's clothes. But they'd be better with some shading. Try looking at some tutorials for help, they've helped me a whole lot. There's some good ones at this site: Watermelon Bubblegum I think I told you about that one already...but oh well =).

CC: Your palattes need more contrast, cause you can't see the shading, and it looks like one block of color.
Your plates should go like this:

except black palattes dont go from black to white, cause they have tints >.<

YOur getting better, but are you actually using palattes?
It kinda looks like your jst coloring with one color, and putting in lines with black.
The hair line is kinda high too.\
