The second one does look squished, but I thought she did it on purpose, lol. Cause she's drunk, tripping over herself and everythings all blury. The first one is HUGE, but it's cute because it's a large-sized mini-me.
 Very creative if you did it on purpose and if not then it works well with the themes anyhow, lol.  Please have a look at my Shop! Help a girl out, keep me in mind, and share link with your friends and parents!

I first saved it at normal size, but it was like...micro-scopic, so I enlarged it and it ended up like that.
 On the second one I meant to do that. Heh "Are you my mummy?" "Don't blink." "Count the shadows." "Look behind you."

Sorrie for the double post. Since I lack dolling skills I tried out some tuts here on TDP and look what turned out -drum roll- I cute(ish) wittle dollie!
x3  Base: Wish04 on DA (don't have any link, sorrie Dx) Notes: Please, no comment on the shirt or pants -.- The base was so teenie I couldn't do much about those. Nice doll!
 The folds on the shirt are well done. You might want to use a hair palette with more contrast, though. Hair is shiny  . Short skirts are difficult; to avoid a pillow-shaded look, try to make one side darker - that also gives the appearance of light source.

Thanks, I'll try that next time I do a short skirt. I do my pallettes when I first start the doll, and I was having trouble with the contrast so I just left it as it was, I was to lazy to change it.

I made a new doll for summer. It was originally going to be me in my bathing suit, but it jus turned out to be some random person in a totally different bathing suit :] I decided I liked the first version better so I deleted the second version.  Base: Dollkat - Sandra Charlet's art site   Bases: KawaiiHannah : Pixel Art, Doll Bases, Pixel Dollz Notes: These are all presents for my friends. I'm going to add a portrait of myself to the second doll and give it to my friend as a present. And I made up a signature, which is on the second doll. "Are you my mummy?" "Don't blink." Been a while?? Yeeaahh....I took a break from TDP and dolling but now I'm back!!! I think I've improved  Not so much on hair though -.- Anywho, I have a new doll!! Base: Ella Base by ~Kitrakaya on deviantART I'm really proud of the dress and umbrella. The leThe hair....well, I wasn't sure where to place the hair line. Apparently I didn't put it in the right spot. I was trying something else, and I will be sure never to try shading like that again. This is my first doll in a while though, so you have to give me SOME credit  All CC is welcome!!About the doll: Well...I was originally going to do a Gothic Ballerina theme, but then this Idea came to me. I was thinking about the Titanium Titan from El Tigre, and then I thought, "Oh my gosh she should have metal legs!!" So....ta-da! Semi-metal legs!!! "Are you my mummy?" "Don't blink." It's a lovely concept, and the umbrella does look very good. However, the dress and stockings are looking a little pillow shaded. You could do with some folds up the creases of the dress, as well as a couple around the waist. I won't give CC on the stockings, cuz I suck at stockings. XD I'm sure that one of the better dollers will, tho.
