Oh, yeah. The hair palette should have more colours in it (between 5 and 6 for a base like that.) As well the highlights/strands should be only about pixel thicker because the head is larger.

oh and the jeans and hair were difficult because of the angle of the base, and i popped a blood vessel in my writing hand, and cant doll right, but probably because im not supposed to be dolling xD. i do like the overall look though ^^

The jeans are pillowy, also the hair's good at the top, but is lacking shading at the bottom, and the hair should have a fly away just to show that it hasn't been hair sprayed to look like that, you know? XD

However, I know how hard that base can be. I tried it once. O.o

The shirt turned out good. Overall, you always seem to be improving!
