This is a great doll, so I'm not going to hold back on nitpicking since I think you can make it a hundred times better with a little tweaking.

1. There should be more darker shading along the part of the hair. You don't just have lone dark strands in your hair, so add some more there and it'll look much more natural. The way I always do it is to add a 1 pixel line of the second colour of the hair palette on both sides of the part, then I do the strands outwards. They don't have to be massively long, but make sure they vary in length.

2. The neckline of the dress is off. Its by far too wide and would probably fall down if it was like that in real life. In particular I'm talking about your right hand side of the doll. The neckline would go up with the edge of her brea.sts(which you can still see) and then move towards the neck, not away. It's an easy fix though.

3. Finally, just some small critiques about the dress itself. The bottom should be slightly more flowy. The way you shaded up suggests pleats, which I'm guessing is not what you meant to do. Also, you should add a slight curve to your shading. I used to do the same thing, but there is a slight curve no matter how tight the clothes.

Yes, trust me, skating dresses are very tight. O-o
I love the doll, Thank you by the way, the shade of purple is very pretty and the only thing I can critic on is the same as Kitty, the neckline of the dress. I would rather not pop out of my skating dress in front of a bunch of people thank you. XD

Okay, NEW DOLL!
I started this doll back in January (Pretty pathetic, I know), Did the hair, Kylie's skirt and tank-top, and the outlines of Nate's pants, and got extremely frustrated with the doll, and just let it sit there rotting in MS Paint. Well recently I decided to pick up on it again, and I'm actually pretty proud of it. ^_^ I edited the death out of the arms and legs on both of them, and did the shoes, Nate's pants, and his shirt. And I LOVE how Kylie's legs and heels turned out. <3
