--Katrina's Return!--

So these are all the dolls I've finished since re-opening my site after a year's hiatus from dolling. Some came out better than others, but I'm glad I haven't forgotten everything I've learned since starting in 2001 .

C/c is greatly appreciated; these were all pixelled, although some of my more recent dolls are going to be Photoshopped since I've decided I want to learn to use that program better.

All of these dolls are available for adoption @ Je Suis Katrina.

Anywho, the dolls:


This doll had been half-finished sitting in a folder since last year, with only the hair completed...my first doll since returning! Base from If Looks Could Kill


I started this doll a few months ago, shading the stockings. I tried some new shading techniques on the hair and shoes and I'm pretty pleased with the results. Base from Apitchou


I lovelovelove the boots and maybe the bottoms but the jacket was a little ambitious for the state my dolling skills are in :'( However, I'm pleased with the overall result. Base from Dame Blanche (site is missing)


I normally don't doll solid dresses, so this was an experiment. I like how the hair turned out, and the beading on the shoes. Base from SweetPIX

So there you have them, my return to the dolling world! Cheers!

The last one needs a bit of shading, but I like her shoes too.
N°1 is the best, in my opinion.

The first one is actually the one I started before I went on hiatus, which is why the shading and everything is different But I'm glad you like them!

There all sooo good! I can't decide well I am going for n0.2!

My fave is number two, but they're all so amazing anyway ^_^ I don't think there's any CC at all, your dolling skills have been restored very well in my opinion (ie. you didn't lose any talent)

I don't know if I like the white highlights in the hair... I guess it's a matter of opinion.

The last doll is my least favourite, and the first is my favourite.

There's some pillow shading going on with number 3. Other then that, they aren't bad considering you stopped dolling for a while.
