As for the ppgs being a "wannabe anime", its not. Some may say the girls themselves look like wannabe chibis, but if you look at every other cartoon character in the show, it's not anime at all, and in fact resembles 50s and 60s pop art. Not to be rude or showoffy, of course... Just sayin'.

Bubbles is sad and this represents that she was the crybaby. Blossum is blushing becase I felt like it. XD Buttercup is mad because she has a temper.
