I get it; I'll start doing that now I'm getting the hang of drawing clothes. I just could not find a tut for ankle boots; it's either long boots or sandles, and Liberty wears ankle boots. XD

With ankle boots, you'd just cut the tut off at that height. Its basically the same thing Really, they were shaded nicely, so the only problem was judging how high they should go. A good thing to do is to zoom in and out to see how things are coming together.

Your shading overall is very good. When you get nit picky, I'd say the second darkest colour was used too much on the right side. Its best to outline the sides of the shirt, overlapping a little with each line end, then to follow that basic idea throughout it. You want to do that all the while keeping with the lines going horizontally too. For the upper half, above her chest, you want to use a tiny dark line with your second or third darkest colour and shade along that too, but that takes a lot of playing with to get just right. For a doll that size too, a range of 6-7 colours is better for that. It gives it a much softer look.

OK, I've got another doll. Once again, you will probably recognise the tuts. XD Who wears boots under jeans? Why, I do, and Rachel does too. She's another of my RP characters, and she generally lives in jeans and t-shirts. I've never done a t-shirt before. O_o Or jeans for that matter.

I think there's a little too much contrast in some of the folds on those jeans, but it's good, otherwise! ^^

However, the one thing with watermelon bubblegun is those folds at the knee. They're exagerated more then you should. I'm not blaming you, but the tut.

I like the hair. It looks windblown. XD

One last CC thing. Where the shirt matches the jeans, it just stops RIGHT on the line. I'd make it look longer or make it appear tucked in because most shirts don't line up exactly with the waist band on jeans.

I know; I thought it looked a bit too much, but I couldn't see how to fix it. XD Weirdly, I accidently didn't fill in part of the hair, but it looked fine not filled in so I left it as it was.

How do you make a shirt look tucked in, by the way? I thought that too but trying to made it looked squeezed. O.o

Yeah, jeans folds are real evident towards the feet. Sometimes a fold will extend towards the knee from the ankles, but rarely. Remember the Loki/Heimdall piccy I made? if you saved it, you can see what i mean...
