Finally got my entry for Ness's contest done; the hair is crappy, as usual. My hairstyle is difficult to reproduce in pixel, especially the two colours.

I typically do the hair with flat color and lightly anti-alias the two colors together, then so some simple shading for multi-colors hair. ^^

...someday, I swear, I'll do tuts XD

The corset came out nicely, though; shame it has to be so small.

Yeah; I don't really work well with small bases, but did my best.

You really ought to do a hair tut, as I really can't do hair all that well and it's hard to know how to without pictures.

Also, pixel is vary different than painting or drawing s a medium, and methods of portraying diff hair colors is, well different as well.

I meant, step by step pictures of what you mean, rather than just written description.

And yes, my hair IS that messy. XD It always is.

Here's my entry for the handdrawn contest; revised a little to look slightly better than it was before. XD She's a unicorn; the hooves look crappy but I couldn't make them look better. Anyway, she looks cute. XD
