The folds of the skirt came out very nice... it's funny; you like dark clothing, but doll well only with light. XDD what are those vertical folds supposed to be? They look sorta... random...

The hair would look like it was just sleek and shiny if you'd added brighter highlights than the pallette to the top of her hair.

But, overall, I think she's very cute, and that, slowly but surely, you're improving. ^^

Lately i've been in the CC mood, but I won't CC the things I think because that's mean...
The bottom folds of the dress are nice, but the ones on the sides seem, as Spirit remarked, quite random.

I think you mean the horizontal ones. XD The vertical ones at the bottom turned out lovely.

You forgot to shade under the hair. :P

Dammit; knew there was something I forgot. X_x Anyway, it's a minor detail. The horizontal ones are wrinkles; you get them in that kind of material in dresses. I can't really explain it; I never buy dresses that wrinkle. XD It's just the impression I got from looking at the painting.

This is Daisy, and she's representing the month of January. She's wearing her New Year's outfit, however since it's snowed since New Year's Day, she's had to put on a scarf and gloves in order to avoid freezing to death as she waits for a cab. Daisy hates January; the cold weather makes her hair frizz and develop split ends, makes her skin dry and plays havoc with her schedule. And it just won't quit snowing!

I do like how you made her hair actually like frizzy, like the description, and that she looks unhappy. XD

One thing bothers me tohugh; her thighs looks almost pillowy shaded. Not sure how to fix that, though.

Not with a small pallet; and besides, putting lines accross it just makes it look ten times worse. -.- Jeans do look smooth like that accross the thighs anyway. At least, mine do.
