You can use any colors you want, but if you use the palettes I gave then you will get full credit. If not then I'll take some points off, depending on how much you use... D: Maybe I should remove the extra credit.... ;__; Can't pplz stick with a lolita with the colors I provided? *sigh* But if pplz wanna do this then they can do it...Gah. And I'm nearly done w/ the awards. XD     |

Well, you kind of went overboard on the limits in this contest. O_o
I'll join the next contest though; I've always had a difficult time with gothic lolitas. Da.mn dresses are too hard to draw.. I KNOW THE PIECES FIT, CAUSE I WATCHED THEM FALL AWAY, MILDEWED AND SMOLDERING.

Okay, I think I finally have an idea which'll keep me completely in the rules... I think the problem is those colours are so crazy its not even funny. I just have to adjust to dithering for this, even though I absolutely hate using that for entire dolls.

Spirit's gonna have no problems; maybe you wanna visit her whole thread. ToT She uses these palettes so much that I don't even know if anyone can compete against her... No jk jk. :3 You actually don't hafta dither... Here's an example:  Except of course the hair has to be with the hair palettes I give... And that's the easy part. XD |

To me, the colours just don't look blended if the palettes are like that. I have a weird thing about wanting it to look blended. The dithering on the boots so far look good though so maybe I've found a style I might use occassionally for these things... The hair I'm not nearly as worried about since I was doing dithering on it in the first place.

It rarely happens, I know. Half the time I start out thinking one then and end with another. Rather frustrating.
