Very well done, I like how you shaded the blood. Love the messy hair as well
 However, the shirt shading seems a bit... unrefined compared to the rest of the doll, and it looks like you shaded in the bellybutton (that shouldn't be possible unless the shirt is literally painted on her). I suggest you work on that a little more before entering it  But very nice job overall!

Hmm if it's supposed to be see-through you could use a slightly different palette ~_~ So it looks semi-transparent, yes? (Gimp helps here LAWL)
I gotta say I love the blood although I don't know why ther's some next to her hand o_O' The hair and the jeans. Amazing.XD

But there's blood on the right of her arm which I'm not very sure how it togt there ~_~ But whatever, other than that (which probably has a reason, I'm just being picky), it's so awesome owo I can't pxl blood very well. >=
