Okay, new dollie! she's a Pheonix Angel, basically and angel who controls fire. Their skin shimmers like sunlight, they had blood-red irises and no whites (red to match the irises) the eye appears to have a film over it, so one can hardly tell where the pupil is.
On to the outfit...

The crisscrossing red beneath the orange top would be two ribbins that loop once around the neck, once around the lower back, leaving the rest of her back exposed to give space for her enourmous wings (not dolled).

The random blue jewel on her top coordinates with her shoes and her capris. Capirs self-explanatory. The shoes are converse. I put the carpet under he shoes so you can see that the rubber on the bottom is actually a light yellow instead of white. The rest of the shoe is checkered blue and red (which is why it looks oddly purple)

what is the floating thing on the left? A wing outline?

The doll looks really cute. Can't find any critiques really except to add a little bit of light to the side of the clothing where the fire is.

That wing outline is more the suggestion that she has wings...

And I was too lazy to do the extra shading with the fire. XD

I know what you mean, I only just got around to doing it for a doll of mine. It was the only thing left, but there's something about it which drives me up the wall.

Yeah, well I'm a lazy bum... if I'd drawn this and used colored pencil you could count on the fact that I'd've used double-shading, or whatever you want to call that. But pixeling... I find it more complicated in pixeling. XD
