Handdrawn Doll Contest!
 

Hey, there's something like this posted in the Beauty & Fashion section already, but this will be clearer and more elaborate.
Basic Rules
-You are NOT allowed to use dollmakers.
-If you use a dollmaker, then I will disqualify you.
-No premades either.
-If you win the round you may not participate in the next one.
-All of the rounds are 1 week long.
-Only one person can judge - the winner, or me.
-You can join in at anytime you want, but I will not make the round longer just for you.
Bases
-If a base is specified by the judge, you MUST use that base.
-If you do not use that base then you are disqualified.
-You can use the prep base but it still has to be a handdrawn.
-You must post the base credit, unless it's a popular base like the Candybar base or the prep base. If you use a TDP base you must still credit TDP.
-If you do not credit the base then I will give you 3 days, then disqualify you.
-If you have a good reason for me not to disqualify you, then I will consider doing otherwise. I will choose whether it's a good reason or not. You may still participate in the next round.
-If you do not use a base then you don't have to credit anything.
Prizes
-If you win, then you get to choose the next theme, and judge the next round.
-If you do not want/can't judge the next round then PM me and I will judge it.
Adopting
-You may not adopt the contest enteries unless the owner states so.

The first theme is -

[Doesn't have to be one of the real Sailor Scouts; you can just make one up, as long as she's wearing the right uniform]
More points if you use a base by:
