Question... Would European cultures with a native clothing be an exception? I don't mean modern clothes, but more traditional stuff(which is fairly common in Eastern Europe). I was just a bit curious since Iceland is technically European I believe and also the line between Asia and Europe is difficult to define in my personal opinion(which is why I only recognize Eurasia).

I understand, there just are so many people who try to get off easy by doing something you see everday(like German or Scottish). We all long to see something that really makes us shout "Wow!" and wonder how the hell they pulled it off *hops off to search for something wacky*

Brazil's in South America; it's a country near Chile and it houses the capital of South America. I think.
