Where are her knees? You should shade under the knees. ^^ You could also perhaps give her some toes.

I had a little bit of fun with this doll ^^;
It wasn't supposed to turn out like this though. I was originally planning on drawing something cute/elegant, but when I was editing the base it started to look creepy to me. So I just decided to follow that and see where it took me.
