1. What did cured ham actually have?

2. Why is an alarm clock going "off" when it actually turns on?

3. If the professor on Giligan's Island can make a radio out of coconut, why can't he fix a hole in a boat?

4. Why does Goofy stand erect while Pluto remains on all fours? They're both dogs!

5. Where in the nursery rhyme does it say Humpty Dumpty is an egg?

6. If an orange is orange, why isn't a lime called a green or a lemon called a yellow?

7. What colour would a Smurf turn if you choked it?

8. If a man says something in a forest, and there isn't a woman around to hear him, is he still wrong?

9. Why is Greenland called green when it is covered in ice?

10. Why is it called a "drive through" if you have to stop?

I can answer the Greenland one. Reportedly, the Vikings landed there and decided to sc'rew with future enemies, naming it as such to trick them into landing there and dying there when they could not find food. They named Iceland for about the same reason.

Also, smurfs go from blue to light purple to red to deep deep purple-indigo then a super dark blue. Freakazoid! shows us this, being half-smurf himself apparently given his skintone:

Another question would be... the Smurf village must be super freaky, what with there just being a couple of females. O.o

Apparently, there are three female Smurfs in the village. That's still not enough to keep a stable population going. O_o

Besides Smurfette, the female Smurfs are Sassette and Nanny.

As a die hard Disney fan, from Walt Disney to the movies, even I can't answer that Goofy question, I'll be sure to ask when I go to Disneyland. lol
