My roommate 'trained' spiders when she lived up in Ohio; their house is infested, so there's little they can do. Even professionals couldn't get rid of it. :\ It's a thing they did: If they stay on the ceiling or in the corners of the ceiling, they live. If they come down on the walls, they have two minutes before attacks are attempted.
She said after the first few months, they rarely if ever saw them on the floor or on furniture again. I KNOW THE PIECES FIT, CAUSE I WATCHED THEM FALL AWAY, MILDEWED AND SMOLDERING.

Diego did once and it bit him on the lip while he was at it; had a sore for about two weeks apparently and the only reason any of us noticed was because my roommate was messing with his face. ._. He didn't act like it bothered him, ate normal and was still just as orally-fixated on licking us as ever.
