Merry Christmas everyone! I hope it was happy&healthy&safe for all. So, what did you get? Or what was something special you gave?

I didn't get a lot because some of my gifts were kinda expensive.

I think my secret santa with enjoy my gift to them. & my sister and I gave our cousin (technically our almost cousin) a little makeup bag with a makeup set and some lip gloss in it.

Well...I get to go on a Bahamas cruise and to Disney World with my choir. We leave tomorrow and get back January first (my birthday is the 2nd). That is all the birthday/Christmas presents I'm getting from my family lol. In my stocking this morning was a bunch of cruise necessities, i.e., travel toothbrush, toothpaste, a hairbrush, Lysol, kleenex individual packs, sunscreen, eyeliner, and Jelly Bellies and Lindor truffles. Granted, the makeup and candy aren't necessities, but they were still pretty nice

Oh! I was on the radio this morning, too! My choir recorded an hour long program, and I did a little speaking thing at the end . Twas very exciting to hear. The boys need to blend better with the girls, though. It was cool hearing a lot of songs in their entirely because I'm usually deep in alto-land and can't hear all the parts as a whole.

I also got a $50 **** Blick gift card from a friend of the family (my brother got one too) and we're hoping to pool our cards together to get a nice set of Prismacolor markers that we can share.

I know what you mean about being grateful for any good fortune in this tight money economy. my dad last his job for the second time this year a couple week ago, and it's been rough, especially with my Grandma having cancer and all. I feel like I should feel more upset about it all...but I don't. I think my parents have emotions running high enough for everyone in my family. It's certainly a bittersweet season this year.


I'm really excited for my person to get their ss gift. I might start making things similar to it...I really hope they like it. I didn't give any gist this year...unless you count company at my Grandma's house this morning. my mom and brother did most of the cooking. Baked beans, ham, sausage-egg soufflé, monkey bread, and fruit. Traditional Christmas brunch for my family!

Merry Christmas, everyone! Its been stressful here. My mother's family had a mini-explosion during the making of dinner and during it Jason's mom decided to call us and be angry because we weren't there for dinner, which we never even said we would be there for. His mother ended up playing the fake polite game with me all night and then made things very awkward by telling me that Jason's baby nephew was cooing at me to take a hike. I'm getting really tired of her passive aggressive methods of trying to get rid of me because I'm not an unpleasant copy of her. Also, unfortunately, my father spent most of the day in the hospital because he has a kidney stone.

Oh, and people at walmart flipped out at me on christmas eve while I was working... and when I left too and was finishing my shopping and refusing to help them because its illegal **** it. Tomorrow is the joy of returns day and I can't wait to spend some of my christmas money on the after-christmas sales. I intend to buy myself some ornaments at target, I'm sure Jason will be thrilled xD and candy/cheap bath sets.

Bright side, I got a new winter wardrobe, which I haven't had a good set of new clothes in years, comfy new ll bean slippers, bath and body works lotions, and a bracelet my mother made me. My brothers gave me a cute mickey planner and a donald duck velvet poster, because I love colouring those things. I ended up giving out a lot. I bought my mother new pots, something she's needed for years, and my siblings got an ICP t-shirt, a new colour changing barbie, and a gameboy advance game. I also bought Jason three movies, two were wrestling collections and the third was The Wrestler. Finally, every animal was spoiled with lots of treats and love.

I got a wool jacket like 3 weeks ago for Christmas, and today I got;
A singing Justin Bieber doll and Justin Bieber pajamas.
2 dresses, & like 80 billion tanktops.
A perry the platypus shirt and pajama pants, as well as a top.
Then I got the beret I wanted, except in pink, not blue. ):
I got 17 again, candy, a Silvermist bracelet.
Like 6 pairs of earrings and 2 necklaces.
$30 for iTunes, & my Aunties and Uncles' presents got shipped to my other Uncle, so we didn't get those yet.

I'm sad I didn't get any books, though. ):

But I got my sister the cutest Ariel babydoll and princess board game, and I got my mom everything she wanted.

I got him a lava ledge to play with/eat, some more Mazuri, a new chew toy, and a pumice stone. ♥

I got a parka[which I've been in need of], an Aeropostale jacket and pants, a massive caboodle full of makeup, four books, a hat, a new guitar, shower gel, some body spray, and a custom Purity ring.[this one was extremely important to me, and I got it from my mom ]

In my stocking I got a new notebook, some M&M's, face wash, facial toner, a new loofa, and some more shower gel. Apparently Santa doesn't think I'm very hygienic

I made my friends take pictures with me a few days before winter break, and then the last day of school I gave them the photos in nice frames. But for my very best guy friend I gave him a hello kitty watch, which surprised me when he loved it and wouldn't take it off. I actually told him I was going to give him pink crown and he told me he would have liked that, but the watch was better because he could wear it all the time. (if you met him you would understand why I gave him that.)

Happy Christmas everyone! I spent the holidays with my family, ate so many sprat sandwiches I got sick, and sung "Winter Night" really off-key. All in all, the night was a success.

As for presents, I got two pairs of tights, some Euro coins, "Daddy Longlegs" by Jean Webster, a framed photo of me and my academical mother, a Rubik's cube for blondes (all sides are the same colour!) and a new mouse for my computer.

Hope everyone had a good one! I went down the pub Christmas Eve, then went to my parents Christmas Day. I got loads of bath stuff, some money, and vouchers for presents.

My brother's birthday is Christmas Eve... no pubs for me. XD (Plus, I'm still not legal...)
