To eat, I really love corned beef and cabbage. I don't eat it anymore though because I made a diet change to make meals with my boyfriend easier since he can't eat beef.
To cook, well, I really like making chicken cordon bleu or angel hair with chicken and roasted tomatoes.

I have always enjoyed manga, not quite so much anime. I think anime tends to swerve away from the points of the manga or cut out important plot lines, so I stick to manga now. I haven't really been reading much of it in recent years, but I did read Suicide Circle a few weeks ago on a restless night. I'm a sucker for the horror/paranormal manga, even though they usually give me terrible nightmares.
