^ yea i know how you feel about not being able to drive with anyone but your family for six months but,
after taking drivers ed and learning all the statistics and all that good stuff theres a like 30% more chance that youll get in an accident with each teenager you have in your car (im pretty sure it was 30%?). I know it sounds like a stupid rule at first but in that class they show you lots of crash vidoes and crash survivors and none of it is pretty. So i think i want to listen to the stupid rule if theres a chance it could keep me out of an accident |

I'd prefer roller skates. I could probably move faster too, seeing as I could just weave through the traffic and jump bonnets if I was in a hurry xD
Oh, and I'd never get done for speeding. xDDD “I mean a weapon you hold. You have a gun, Tanith has a sword... I want a stick.” ~ Valkyrie Cain

I took Drivers Ed way back when I was 15. That's probably what scared me most from driving, lol. Darn graphic videos. *shivers*

exactly. theres some pretty bad things that have happened, like this one video showed this guy who was at least 17 who was completely paralyzed, the only thing he could do was move his fingers a little for yes or no. Its scary but it does help you take it more seriously which is important

I passed the written test on my 15th birthday, and I passed the driver's test on my 16th birthday. (:
It's not too scary. You just have to drive defensively; always pay extra attention to what's happening around you. Just be aware. It works for me; haven't been in an accident yet. (: |

I started driving at 17. I'm now 19. I love driving, it's so relaxing and combine that with blasting my favorite music and singing along with it - love it! I have a Hyundai Accent so it's got great mpg it costs about $10 when I fill it (and I fill it when it's half empty). I really love my car, it gives me alot of freedom. Plus I need it to get to doctor appointments, and more important, to drive to and from college. Only problem is that it doesn't cope well in snow and slush. I'm waiting for a 4WD vehicle but that'll probably be me buying it...all I need is a job (haha).
