Addictions

What are you addictions ? Don't be afraid to state the truth if you are doing drugs,smoking ,drinking e cetera .
This isn't a thread for critism.

Mine are at this point in time:
Coke
chips
rum


How are you trying to get rid of your addictions or at least not do it as much?

1)I am trying to not walk past vending machines and or corner stores so I am not tempted to buy a
coke.
2) I am not going to liqour stores or going to parties or bars

I'm not addicted to anything. Before anyone shouts "Cleopatra!" at me, it's true; I indulge in a lot of things that people normally get addicted to, but I just don't. No idea why not.

I don't have an addiction to anything illegal wise, but I have to have my music. I can't live without my music. >_< Or videogames for that matter, but recently I've gotten so dang bored with them.

I have to at least admit
even my parents say so
my family has a history of addictions.
and I was addicted to Tylenol a while back but I am past that.

Coffee. I get migranes if I go for an extend period of time without drinking it. **** caffeine addiction.

the Internet, sadly. Unfotunately it's very difficult to quit because it's my main form of communication with my boyfriend since it's a long distance relationship... luckily he's coming soon to live with us ^^ So hopefully that'll help
