Actually, black is the absense of colour, not a colour or a shade. But it's still one of my faves, along with silver.

my favorite color of all time is PURPLE!! and not the dark kind. i love the really really light lavender/lilac purple

Mmmm, lavender is nice. But I like Periwinkle Blue or Hot Pink. x3

Or a really dark gray is pretty. Dark Gray + Hot Pink = Awesome Rocket Dogs. (Those are a brand of shoes)
