Rate the Signature/Avatar

The old one was getting a bit long, so I created a new thread. Here are the rules:

* Rate the signature and avatar of the person posting before you.
* You can only rate a person's avatar and siggy once until they change it. (this is to prevent spamming)
* Ratings go from 1 to 10, 1 is worst 10 is best.
* Also provide an explanation why you rated like you did. (eg. "Siggy: 7 It is nice but the flashing animation is a bit annoying." or "Av: 3 Really unoriginal.")
* Be nice; you don't have to like a person's sig or av, but there's no need to be nasty about it.

None of the animated avatars I had fitted the avatar restrictions, and animating the text just makes the file too big. -.- I am getting a bit tired of people saying this without thinking.

Very good point..... (for both things. XD)I must have forgotten to take the base credit for my previous siggy out. Anyway seeing as you cannot put an animation in your avatar I will rate it 9/10 instead.
