I love shopping at thrifty stores! My mom used to work at one and it was completely awesome, so yeah..... :D big fan of thrifty shopping.

But me and my grandpa donate lots of things.

I used to work in one so I know that charity shops are places where you can often get bargains.

Oh, and just think on this if you're thinking that charity shop clothes are ew cuz they've been worn; all the clothes you buy from regular shops have more than likely been tried on by loads of people, including BO and sweaty people so they're more ew.

I really like shopping at places like GoodWill.I buy most of my clothes at places like that.But I like to buy my socks and such at Wal-Mart.I'm funny about that kinda stuff.

You can buy some of the most adorable little ornements for 50 cent in charity shops, or books. ^^

ANd most of my clothes come out of black bags. :lol:

i get stuff from there that is made out of good fabric so i can design my own tops, or a skirt and headscarfs and stuff.

I live in the UK and I dont know if we have them here, but I dont usually by clothes from charity shops but I do donate stuff to them.

I donate and buy from them, mostly furniture and deocorative stuff, I have bought a purse, a prom dress, piano music, and some clothes from various thrift/goodwill stores. I don't do it often because if I can afford other clothes, I will purchase them; not because I'm snotty, but I figure someone else could really use a nice outfit for cheap.

I did do it often in Arizona because I was a poor college student and couldn't waste money on clothing items.

Goodwill shops are the best - I live in a family of 12 kids and if there hadn't been goodwill shops I would have pretty much had to go to school in a rubbish bag.

You can get some really nice clothes from good will and it annoys (sp?) me when people can't get there head around the fact that the clothes arn't brand new :x
