Dancing -

As someone who has no sense of rhythm and can barely tell left from right, I normally wouldn't be caught dead near a dancefloor. However, my sorority had a compulsory ballroom dance course, and oddly enough, I kinda started to actually like it
 .So yeah, this thread is about dancing. Any kind, not only ballroom dance. Folk dance, breakdancing, ballet, pole dancing, whatever. Can you dance? What kinds of dance do you like? Any interesting experiences to share?

Only kind of dancing I can do is drunk dancing. ^^;; I did ballet as a child for a small space of time; I quit when it became apparent that I had two left feet and as much grace as a fairy elephant. XD

8 years allet, 2 years of popinte, school musical, showchoir... XD I'm a fairly good dancer, but not someone that'd cause you to stop and stare.
Still, I find dancing fun, and do it because I like it. ^^

When I was little I did Folkoroco(SP). You know, with the big colorful dresses. Sadly I had to stop becuase of the teacher has knee problems. In 2007, J-pop got me into dancing again. K-pop has gotten me into Hip-hop. But not just the same old same old. I've been trying popping, tutting, and different types of hip-hop, and I must say, I've gotten better.

I still don't like dancing but now I'm not afraid to goof off a little bit. But I have this to say about people who don't dance and mock me for doing so:
