Right now my absolute favorite is danboe...at least that's what I think his username is xD TheRealAnnoyingOrange guy. I LOVE his Marshmellow Murder!
I too like CommunityChannel and Fred, Numa Numa as well. SOMETIMES I enjoy the FailBlog videos. How to be ninja is cool as are the rest of their how-to's. I'm a very recent fan of YouTube. I wasn't too interested in that site until I got my iPhone xD *Edit: Oh yeah, and Sparta and the teaser one Persia xD  Please have a look at my Shop! I like WhatTheBuck when it pops up, but I don't subscribe.
I love, love, love EvilIguanaProductions. Look at their trailer spoofs. Absolutely hilarious. My favorite is the Twilight one, which fans and non-fans alike can enjoy. And their bloopers....they also have a Dark Knight one that's pretty awesome.

RayWilliamJohnson Omg he's SOOO funny! The linked video is the first one I saw, I then quickly watched several more and was up till 3 a.m. watching some more of his videos. We have about 20 more to go ^^

swiftkaratechop is a good one. He's rather upper PG-13 material though; not to mention he's rather childish at times with the humor in his videos. I particularly enjoy his Ask Swifty series.
