Default 6-3's Chai Tea. - 12-17-2010, 06:52 PM

In math class, we are working on fractions. My math teacher's sister in law makes really good chai tea. So, we got the recipe. We had to do some conversions because we needed more than 12 servings (thats were the math comes in). After we were done (we worked on it for a day and we drank it the next day, he gave us the recipe. It's really delicious, and it's great with marshmallows on top. ^^

I'm pretty sure this recipe is for 12 servings like the original. You wouldn't want 120 servings I don't think. O.o

Ingredients:
1 cup powdered milk
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup dry coffee creamer
3/4 cup instant tea
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cardamom

Sift ingredients together. Blend in a blender to a fine powder. Mix 1/4 cup of mix to one cup of water.

In my class, we added half of one type of creamer (vanilla caramel) and half of another (vanilla). My teacher said he also puts a 1/2 of regular creamer and 1/2 of flavored creamer.

Hope you enjoy!
