Neither. They're both chock full of sugar and caffeine and honestly, nobody should be drinking them.

I prefer Rockstar, but I don't drink energy drinks anymore, because of a injury snowboarding. oops...

Hmm.
I've only had Monster. So I would have to say that. I think that they are perfectly okay, as long as you're not drinking them every day. When I was 13-15 I was only allowed to have energy drinks or mountain dew once a week. I think it's disgusting when you see these teenagers who drink a pack of them in a week, or even a couple days. Vault is a good energy drink too. It's my favorite (: |

I\'d say niether cuz I\'ve had a little bit of them both and Red Bull actually makes me more hyper.I stayed up a full night until 10AM from 7AM on only 1 sip of Red Bull,so neither XD |
I\'ve never had any energy drinks. But I would go for Rockstar.
