Question Diet Soda - 03-09-2009, 05:39 PM
Ok heres the thing, I heard that diet sodas actually cause weight gain vs normal soda. Is this true?

I don't drink either very much; I can never finish a diet soda, whereas a normal soda takes me a full day to finish - and even then, sometimes I only drink half a can.

I think a soda once in awhile is alright. It doesn't matter which one, though honestly I'm not fond of diet; it's got aspartame in it and it's just ew. O_o

I KNOW THE PIECES FIT, CAUSE I WATCHED THEM FALL AWAY, MILDEWED AND SMOLDERING.
FUNDAMENTAL DIFFERING, PURE INTENTION JUXTAPOSED WILL SET TWO LOVERS' SOULS IN MOTION.
DISINTEGRATING AS IT GOES, TESTING OUR COMMNICATION.
THE LIGHT THAT FUELED OUR FIRE THEN HAS BURNED A HOLE BETWEEN US SO WE CANNOT SEE TO REACH AN END...

i don't really know it takes me a day to drink a regular soda but anyway I've read that Diet soda has the same amount of sugar as the regular soda.

That always stuck in the back of my mind. At my school, if you want soda, you have no choice but to drink diet soda because that is all they sell there, unless you want organic root-beer that they sell in the cafeteria.

My school is forbidden to sell any sort of caffeinated beverage. Period. -__- And let's face it, nobody knows how long the juice has been in the juice and water machines, so no one buys it. Sure, people bring in their own, but it's pretty pointless.

I'm sad to say I kinda have an..uh..addiction to soda..O.O

Diet really dosen't taste that bad, I drink it anyway, but I perfer regular.

I don't drink diet. I'm not allowed to. In fact I rarely have soda at all.
