If you do your research a lot of juices have as much as or more sugar in them then soda(we call it soft drink in Aus)
a 12 oz can of coke has 40grams sugar check out the table in this link you will be surprised: http://www.hookedonjuice.com/ a lot of them are also made from concentrates which are not really that good for you, I would suggest green tea & white tea which are both full of anti oxidants(very beneficial for your immune system)Cranberry juice or pomegranate juice all of them are full of antioxidants and taste great. |
