Sorry, there isn't really three, but we should have a party for ALL the mods.

Anyway, how would we decide the judges? Experince seems like the best idea.

Well you would have the most active mods that did not want to be in the actual competition be judges. So say Miranda_ and SWK wanted to be judges, then they would be judges, and pick to of the best dollers that didn't want to be in the actual competion. Say Miranda_ picks Wolfie, and SWK picks Hayley, then if we are sticking to this hypothetical stiutation, Miranda_, SWK, Hayley, and Wolfie would all be judges.

I'd say 2-4 would be a decent amount of judges for anything like that. One would have to be a mod to ensure fairness and good critique.

I like the idea of cards for Valentine's Day. It is a holiday where gifts are exchanged, so that might be a good idea.

Maybe for Halloween and Easter we could have a sort of mystery or scavenger hunt? I saw those on another forum I go to and the way they did it was start out in a main thread, then give hints as to where to find the next bit of the story and clue. The story was hidden in the posts of different threads and the clues were hints about the name or placing of the thread. They would go through different threads like that and in the end had a prize. Maybe a special prize can be given to the first three to complete it(like a doll in a halloween costume of their choice) and then the rest will be give a consolation prize of maybe pixelled candy. The story itself would involve members on here, to add a bit more of a community feel.

As for how a raffle would work, everyone would enter in it. Then, say a week to a few days later, names would be drawn and possibly the top three would get prizes. The prizes could be small pieces of pixel art or custom ordered dolls. Of course, that would require some volunteers to make the prizes.

How about Mod Appreciation Week? Different themes could be on each day. Example: Monday-70's Day, and they could dress their avatar and signature in the 70's theme, with something thanking the mods.

A game day/week/whatevs where everyone can go on some game, like runescape or Gaia, and join one group, (Guild, clan, whatever) And participate in some huge in-game event. Like a clan war. I can already imagine saving all your butts from demons in varrock sewers. xD

I saw a jigsaw puzzle scavenger hunt once. A mod went thru the board posting the different pieces in different threads all around the board, and there was a thread where the first person to collect all the pieces had to post the completed puzzle. That would be fun to organise. ^^

So would attacking an enemy faction city. :P Oh gods the tactics we'd need, healers, ranged in the right spots, heavies/siege weaponry appropriately placed, oh gud gawd.

Aside from my rambling, I do kinda warm to that idea. Jigsaws xD

Or a forum quiz. Everyone would have a certain amount of time, say two weeks, to turn in their quizzes. The first person with the correct answers would get first prize, the second and third would get prizes too; like the SS gifts and everyone who entered would get "Thanks for entering!" prizes. They wouldn't be different tho, just the first second and third would be.

What about a gift exchange? People could sign up and make gifts then everyone who would particpate you get a PM of the gift and then in the PM it would say pass it on to: Miranda_, or something. XD The PM would also say tell them to pass it on to, Silent_Wolf, or something. Then the person hosting it could say stop and everyone could get a gift.

Miranda and Silent_Wolf, were not picked for a reason, it was random. Do you guys feel special? XD

Oooh. A quiz sounds so fun! ^^ The scavenger hunt idea is cool as well. I'm too uncreative to come up with anything. xD
