Doll maker Problem

I dont know about anybody else but I have not been able to make dolls this entire week in the doll maker section. I am premium and I was tryin to use my own props and all of them loaded and I was ready to put my dolls together but when I clicked the save button there was no doll for me to save image as. Its weird so I am just wondering if its just me or is it other members . Especially premium ones.

YES!!!
It's been happening to me and strengthofheart too! We're both premi's and just all of a sudden can't save dolls.

If anyone knows why please help!

I'm not premi,and it happened to me.Maybe it's an error in the script?Doll ave hasn't been working either,it's all X's.
But to save it anyways:
1.click print screen button while the dollmaker window is up
2.draw a box in ms paint
3.left click,copy
4.repeat steps 2 and 3 but only on doll image
5.click 'new' in file,(don't save)
6.repeat steps 2 and 3
7.save your doll

That would work for all non-Premi's, but you can't print screen if you have glitter or animations...oh and you can't have a transparent background.

But it's good advice for non-animated stuff.

Yes, and sometimes the contest section won't let you add a new contest.

If this and all the other problems aren't fixed soon then I think people will start leaving and worst of all that the Premi's will stop paying. They've been hit the hardest what with their makers not uploading and people stealing their items because their makers can't be set to private, then they can't even use the animations they're paying for except for only a few short hours a day. And their contests won't go online during the "red x time". Not to mention the dollmail service has been acting up and the dollmaker chats have been down for ages.

Anywho people are really getting frustrated, it'd be sad to see them go. I hope that everything is looked over soon.

On a side note: The site seems to be getting worse and worse and I have a question about that: If the site crashes what happends exactly? Like will everyone's stuff be saved or will it all just dissappear forever?

I hope people dont leave Lancaster! I was wondering if there was any information on why we are having so much trouble with the doll makers? I was thinking it was a space issue?
