still having problems -

I am still having save your doll issues. If I go to file manager and try to enter a contest, it says can not replicate the file. If I build a doll, it does not save, the save screen is blank..This happens periodically, on a daily basis , with no set pattern.

If you are having a problem, please note the time of day that it occurred. That way we can at least tell if it is happening to everyone at the same time.
Until it is solved completely though, please fetch them from the albums. |

My album only saves non-animated stuff though and that's all I make anymore...
 But I will note time and day from now on. IT'S A GIRL!!!!  I'll be taking a break from TDP for an immeasurable amount of time. LOTS of things are changing in my life and making it harder and harder to get online. I will miss you all! And I'll be back to update when I can.

been happening to me too BUT I found a solution! COPY the HTML code, and then go back here or something and erase everything EXCEPT the URL of the doll, then go to that icon thing that you enter the URL and the picceh appears? yeah click that, enter the URL, and Bam! Your doll is there! ^-^ You're slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter.  |

Really? That is interesting. It just must be the image alone which isn't loading.
Will be letting others know that in the future, but please continue to note times that this is occurring. |

Okay. It happend 2 times last night/early morning.
Saturday: 11:46 pm Sunday: 4:33 am I was curious as to how you'd be keeping track of this...I mean we're all in different time zones? Central time for here I think...? I would also like to mention that both times that it happend I reset my internet and then it let me save dolls. I don't know how that made a difference, but it did. I don't know anything about computers so if it's coinscidence please don't poke fun at me  .IT'S A GIRL!!!! I'll be taking a break from TDP for an immeasurable amount of time. LOTS of things are changing in my life and making it harder and harder to get online. I will miss you all! And I'll be back to update when I can.

I'm wondering if what could be happening is the site goes through regular maintenance, so it might be loading when it does that and does not go through properly. Just an idea though since your times coincide with what would be maintenance times.
Yes, everyone should also put down their time zone. The reason I want people to note the time is it'll help us know if it is an individualized, random problem or a site wide problem that is happening all at once. |

for me when it happens all i need to do is log out for 5 minutes then restart my computer log back in and make a doll and it pops up. maybe if u do this it will help maybe?

I am sort of disappointed, I had some great dolls with glitter and I hate losing the animation when I print-screen to Paint.
