Yes there are personal makers, but there club or somthing that has this link to like premi items i don't remeber what it's name is i'll look into it.

you can make your own doll maker <3 it has lots of premi stuff too, i bet you can put it on your profile when ever you want to use it ^.^

I just tryed that and it doesnt work very well....
