Can't find a dollmaker

Now, I've been looking for a very long time for a maker online (well, two makers) and I just can't seem to find them. They're mini carebear and power ranger makers, and they give dolls that look like this:


(I do not take credit for these dolls, I found them in an album and are simply using them as examples. I believe they are from technomayhem's album)

Now, I'm a standard user, so I want to know if theres a site or something that has makers like these that I can use.

Well, I don't know about the power ranger one even though I'd really like to find it but this is regarding the carebear maker. I didn't find a doll maker for it, but if you have your own site with your own dollmaker, it's really quite easy to make the prop. What I did is I took a carebear prop from my dollmaker, and just made a hole in the head. And voila! Carebear suit!
Here's how it turned out. Of course, it might be too big but it's worth a try.

Oh wait nevermind! I found the power rangers maker! I was just randomly looking for dollmakers and I found it lol. So clicky here for it.
