The color count is too high on your finished doll, unless you're resizing your dolls, then that's the culprit. It would be helpful to better pinpoint the issue if you posted a doll to show us.

I've never had any of my dolls glitter like that, im wondering if it might be the glitter site you use? What site are you using? I know back when i used glitterbase it worked great, and i dont think that ever happened.

I'm guessing you have pink and blue because you don't know the gender of the baby, right? I would say it's a color count issue. The blue glitter you're using is the complete opposite of pink, plus it's very detailed, and A LOT of glitter. I might suggest glittering less to see it that helps, or else picking colors closer together in similarity.
