The evil animal is the crow :3

As you can see it's Snow White's sister Rose Red, well her ghost. Ten years before Snow married the prince he had fallen in love with Rose.
Snow White was jealous and so one night while Rose was walking in the forest she sttempted to kill her. In the struggle Rose fell of a nearby cliff.
The Prince had never discovered this. He had never met Snow White though she had seen him many times. Soon after he asked Snow to marry him.
This is Rose's ghost, she's still very bitter after ten long years of suffering.

This is Lilith. She's a witch dabbling in black magic, and wishes to wreak her vengence against those who have hurt her; an ex who broke her heart, the girls who shun her, and the stepfather who she hates for all he has done to harm her. So, she goes to the beach during a thunderstorm to invoke the spirit. However, Lilith really ought to remember that whatever she sends out comes back times three...

Hope this is OK. I got the idea from the movie "The Craft" when the girls go down to the beach to invoke the spirit. A beach in the throes of a thunderstorm can be a scary place; especially when spirits are being called down.

Ten years ago, Chi went to the forest to commit suicide, like so many other people had before. She was very unhappy, and wanted peace from her misery. However, after she'd died by slitting her wrists and hanging herself from a tree, Chi found that she was doomed to haunt the forest forever instead of going on to paradise. Now, she stands among the skulls that litter the forest floor and wishes in vain that she had never done it.
