You should just tell her, then agree that you both won't make any moves on this guy without asking the other. Eventually one of you will move on to a different crush, but its not unusual for friends to have crushes on the same guy at this age. I shared several crushes with friends of mine and not trying to do anything to date the guy worked just fine for us. If you don't tell her though, she might do something without realizing you have feelings for him too, which is not grounds for you to be mad at her.

Neither of you should make a move; that's horrible advice. In the end, friends are worth more than crushes, so you should do as Kitty said as that way, you will keep your friendship.
