Attention Forumites!

This is basically a spoken rehash of the rules, seeing how certain people on here have claimed to have read the rules but do not actually follow them. They know who they are.

Yes, that's me talking. I was in a very aggravated mood this morning, plus I'd only just gotten up and I've had a cold for the past three straight months so I sound rather... chipmunkish. O_o
