TDP Blog?

I just saw this (yeah I know, I've been on here years and I'm only JUST now seeing it), but seriously, I just tried to create one, but it said to contact the webmaster, am I doing something wrong, or was it something that was under construction just before Jessica left?

That stinks....I was really looking forward to that for all of 20 seconds, lol.

What stinks even more is that there are some awesome looking blogs already created. Missed that wagon a long time ago, darn. :(

I noticed it back in August, but I never tried to create anything... So yeah. Of course if it did work that would be kinda fun.
