Forum Credits

Ok I recently joined a forum called Glitter Tease. Its so different it has a system where you get credits when you post and a certain amount based on where your posting. With those credits they have shops like we do but also little auction houses where they can buy sell and trade using fake money ie forum credits. Just a thought I think that would be pretty dam awesome on here:P

But there are users that would take advantage of that system and spam all over the place to get more credits; also, people may cheat shop owners and not pay them at all.

I like this idea, but I'm certain someone would complain. I'd suggest that they'd have to be a member for say 6 months before the privledges were allowed to be obtained and even then there should be an option where their shop would be closed as a punishment. I'd like to strive for something like the regular pixel forums have, but I wonder how this shop idea would really work. Would the system be like gaia where you buy items and dress up an avatar that way or would it be like buying a custom doll, pixel, etc?

Probably wouldn't happen anytime soon, but I think it would be a good idea for the future. I actually was just brainstorming ideas on how we could pull the forums closer together by possibly hosting a forum wide dolling contest every month with multiple judges and all, but the idea still has to be fleshed out.

Well cheak out glitter tease forums. Its really hard to explain their system cuz im only a day old there so not sure yet but it seems very well organized

I like the system itself, but their items themselves seem to be useless, except for maybe the title changes and such. I don't see much use for them here, but I always wondered if one of the titles shold be eliminated since they both seem a little too much. Maybe if it and the Gaia system for avatars could be combined? I know people have shops on gaia and items can be bought to add to avatars.
