Is the cartoon doll maker only for Premiums?

i wanted to make a doll from the cartoon doll maker. (the one where you can make dolls from diff games) i dont play that much on here so i dont know much about it but, i was wondering if i could make a doll from a palate or is it something members have made.

The more recent ones are hand drawn by people, several who were/are users on this site.

Most of the dollmakers are for all users, but there are several things that can be only used by premium members. That shouldn't stop people though; the regular makers are just as fun to use.

Thinking about that, I think the girl from CitronRouge did a dollmaker! You know, the summer/winter fairy one? I think you mean can you mix things from different dollmakers. Yes, you can. Simply go to one of the dollmakers you want, select the category and then click on one of the bars at the top, the one you want, select the categories, click start maker... and yeah. O_o Or isn't that what chu mean? o3o
