comments codes?
 

i need to shave down my comments and was wonderin if ther was a code that i could use and how to use it to delete comments?!

You mean the comments from your forum profile? To delete a comment, click "Edit Comment", tick the "Delete Profile Comment" checkbox and click Delete. As far as I know, it's not possible to delete multiple profile comments at once.
