Need the code for a Comment Box

I am making a new profile layout and I forgot the HTML code for the comment box... ._. If someone can give me the code, it will be VERY appriciated. Dx Or can someone give me a link where I can get shout out box or something?o.o; Thanks. :l

I am not sure what you mean because we already have a comment box on our profiles but if you wanted another one in the about me section here is the code.
