Okie, I'm looking for sites that I can get layouts for my main tdp profile(mine has been under.co forever)

i really dunt knw
how 2 get layout i saw some on Layouts, HTML, premi dolls and other graphics for your Doll Palace profiles but i dunt knw how 2 apply it or from where does i hve 2 put code in it or not if yes then where would i put dose codes ??
