How Do YOU Wear Make-Up?

Oh, I wasn't sure what you were specifically talking about that was being judged. You meant scored/judged, as in a competition. I see. I've never heard of a speech tournament... Is it like a debate of some sort? Whatever it is, that sucks that makeup is an important part.

If anyone wants to wear makeup, it's your prerogative, but just don't turn into a clown, and don't wear it because you're afraid of looking ugly without it. Just look at any celebrity or model without makeup - they look LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE. There's a reason for high standards of facial beauty, and it's called makeup. If we were all allowed to free our faces of gunk, young girls wouldn't have such low self-esteem. I couldn't look at a picture of myself growing up because, compared to the girls in the magazines and on TV, I thought I was ugly. Makeup artists can turn any normal person into a beauty queen, and I just want young women to realize that they don't look like that naturally.

Natural is nice, when at home I dont bother with makeup, at work I wear a little makeup to enhance my looks, foundation for uneven skin tone, mascara for short eye lashes, liquid eye liner on the top eye lid for small eyes(makes my eyes appear larger) face powder for oily skin and lip balm to keep lips supple, as you get older then less is more, less makeup makes you look more youthful not that any of you need to worry about that yet lol, I get soo many compliments from customers and co workers that I look 10 years younger, I dont care about looking young I just like to look good for my age.

Yes; the overall name for everything is "forensics" (or 4N6 for short). Speech and debate are all part of the same team; I just don't compete in debate events (yes, there is more than one version of debate). Makeup isn't that important a part; it's just one of those little things that can give you an edge. Being a good speaker is the important part

I wear makeup spontaneously. I don't really react to makeup very much - mostly because I don't wear foundation as a result of my skintone being fairly even. Most I ever have to do is a few spots of concealer and a bit of powder to even out the texture. The worst problem I ever have is with mascara; I get styes like crazy if I wear mascara. Now I paint my eyelashes with liquid eyeliner; comes off easier and less eye irritation, not to mention less spiderlash. My boyfriend has rarely ever seen me in makeup (largely because I was in culinary at the time), and he's actually seen me in full-up Zombie Mode and still thought I was a pretty zombie.

For School I just wear tinted moisturizer, concealer, powder and mascara. On school holidays/weekends I wear foundation, blush, concealer, bronzer, powder, eyeliner, mascara and lipgloss.

I usually don't wear too much i just wear concelar and eyeliner my best friend doesn't even wear any!! ;P
