Long Nails and how to get them.

i like getting long nails cuz they look so pretty when you put nailpolish.but i dont wanna burst a bubble..i did hear that it is unhealthy(still i like to keep them long).what i use is the green tea that you can get at any Pharmacy store.it does help make your nails long.^^

What i do is just don't cut them. But my mom always makes me trim them -.-

I kinda bite my nails. But not a lot, My nails do grow long. I usally chew they down. But I like to paint them. I need to paint them before tomarrow or something. I don't know what shade I should get.

I'm not allowed to have long nails, because of my jiu-jutsu lessons. I'm an avid amateur ninja and long nails aren't only cruel to the others, they're also likely to break and cut into my nailbeds, which hurts like heck.
